| Michele Stein
Michele
is a graduate of Western Oregon University where she earned her BS degree in
Secondary Education. Mrs. Stein has been a part of Faith Christian School
since 1983 when the school began. Her own children attended here and she has taught
several different grade levels throughout the years. She loves the school very
much and believes in its mission with her whole heart. She has been
married to her college sweetheart, John Stein, for the past 33 years.
They have two grown children who are both married and live close by with their
three beautiful granddaughters. She would love to talk with you if you ever
have questions about Christian education or are interested in enrolling your
child.

| Rashelle Earhart
Preschool 3 & 4 year olds
Rashelle
has a degree in Early Childhood Education and has over 14 years of experience
working with young children. She loves sharing in their wonder and
excitement about the world around them, and feels privileged to be a part of
their first school experience! A native of Dallas, Rashelle and her
husband, Carl, love raising their two daughters in their hometown with both of
their families close by. Rashelle enjoys spending time with her family,
scrap-booking, and reading.

Beth
Stein grew up in Dallas
where she attended Dallas High School. She went on to earn her
undergraduate degree at Oregon State University and later her Master's
Degree in Elementary Education from Willamette University. She taught two
years at Memorial Elementary School in McMinnville before taking time
off to start her family. She has been married to T.J. Stein for ten
years and they live in Monmouth with their two young daughters, Kennedy and
Charlotte. She loves children of all ages and is excited to be back in
the classroom. She is especially happy to be able to teach in a school
where she can share her love of Jesus with her students

| Melissa Loflin
1st / 2nd Grade
Melissa graduated from Western
Oregon University in 2008 with a BS degree in Elementary Education. She is very
passionate about teaching. Melissa has substituted in all of the classrooms at
FCS and is so delighted to now teach the first and second grade. "I am so
excited and honored to share both my love for teaching and my love for Christ
with the students and staff at Faith Christian School." Melissa lives in
Dallas with her husband Shane and enjoys being outdoors and spending time with
family and friends.

| Heather Ivey
1st / 2nd Grade
Heather graduated with honors from Northwest Christian College in
Eugene, Oregon with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She
joined the FCS staff with 4 years experience teaching Kindergarten and Literacy
in the Salem-Keizer area. She holds a teaching license and certification
through the State of Oregon. She has a passion for training young children
and her teaching emphasizes phonics, handwriting, math, science, social
studies, Bible, and learning school social skills. She feels
privileged to teach at Faith Christian School because she
loves being able to share the good news of our Lord Jesus with her
students.
"FCS is a perfect place to grow and train
a child in the way he/she should go." Heather and her
husband live in Dallas with their four children and enjoy leading music at
their church.

| Jacque
Allen
3rd & 4th Grade
Jacque and her husband, Steve, have
been married for 36 years and are both native Oregonians. They
have three children and four wonderful grandchildren whom she dearly
loves spending time with.
Jacque has been teaching for over 25 years. Her best years, by far, have
been the past 14 years teaching at Faith Christian School.

She has always enjoyed school and as
a teacher strives to share that passion for learning with her students, not
only in academics but in her love for our Lord. When she isn't in
the classroom you can find her hiking or fly fishing. A tomboy at
heart she loves spending time outdoors enjoying God's creation.

| Ashlee Heide
5th/6th/7th/8th Grades
Ashlee graduated from Corban College
in Salem with a BS in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. She spent a
year teaching 2nd and 3rd grades at an American Christian School in Brasov,
Romania. She attended Faith Christian School for Jr. High and is thrilled
to be able to become involved with the school again in a teaching role.
"Having experienced a
Christ-centered education first-hand, I am very excited to have the opportunity
to teach in a school that not only encourages academic excellence, but more
importantly, encourages a life-long relationship with the Lord."
Ashlee is planning on beginning work
on her Master's in Education with an endorsement in Deaf Education.

| Steve Allen
Band Teacher / Worship Leader
Steve grew up in Central Oregon where he and his wife of 40 years, Jacque, raised their three children. He is a Cheyenne River Sioux tribal member and a fifth generation Oregonian. Steve is an engineer by education, an electrician by training, a math and music teacher by experience, and a follower of Christ by grace. After 40 years of working in the world of commerce he answered God’s call to full time ministry with Jacque at Faith Christian School. Besides hiking, fly fishing, and spending time with their five grandchildren, Steve and Jacque enjoy playing gospel bluegrass music at retirement homes, churches, festivals, and other places.

| Juli Tschiegg
Administrative Secretary
When you stop by the school office
you'll be greeted with a warm smile from Juli. If you have questions about FCS,
Juli has answers. She oversees the front office, does everything from greeting
students to taking tuition payments and everything in between. Juli is an
Oregon native and a graduate of George Fox University. She enjoys gardening,
cooking, hiking and hunting. Married to Stanton, they have three grown
daughters who attended Faith Christian School.

| Nadine Garber
Advisor/School Board Liaison
Nadine Garber graduated
with a teaching certificate from Calvin College, majoring in English and
music. Upon graduation she taught elementary music in two Christian
schools in California. She has also taught in Germany and in Washington
state. She was a teacher at Faith Christian School from 1983 to
1989. Over the years, she has taught kindergarten through 7th
grade. From 1990 to 1996 and again in 1997 to 1999 she served as the
Principal/Administrator of the school. Nadine is presently a member of
the school board serving as liaison between the Board and the school. She
also serves in an advisory capacity for the school.

| Al Perkins: Administrator
Pastor
Al oversees the financial aspect of the school, works with the school board and
provides oversight for the school office. It was Pastor Al's prayer and
vision 32 years ago to start an inter-denominational Christian School in
the Dallas community. He holds a Master's of Divinity from Western
Conservative Baptist Seminary. Al is married to Darlene and has
served as the Senior Pastor at Faith Free Church since 1978.
